Job Description

Requirements

  • Process and files benefits forms and related information
  • Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility
  • Verify validity of claim forms and maintains benefit records
  • Evaluate and negotiate with service providers (e.g., maxicare)
  • Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures
  • Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker’s compensation etc.)
  • Assume responsibility of timely payment of monthly premiums
  • Coordinate and process all official necessary travel documents
  • Assist with setting up informational meetings and distributing proper documentation
  • Must possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job
  • Perform other task assigned by management
  • Requires Bachelor of Business Administration Graduate
