2. FABRICATION AND PLANT FACILITIES

Mechatrends maintains substantial plant and fabrication facilities designed to support its engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, logistics, and project execution requirements.

2.1 AMAYA PLANT

The Amaya Plant provides substantial manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, yard, and operational areas supporting the company's industrial and engineering activities.

With a total site area of approximately 30,971 square meters, the Amaya Plant provides significant space for fabrication operations, material handling, equipment deployment, project staging, storage, and other industrial activities.

2.2 SAHUD-ULAN PLANT

The Sahud-Ulan Plant provides an additional large-scale operational and fabrication area, further expanding the company's overall manufacturing and project support capacity.

The Sahud-Ulan facility provides approximately 42,315 square meters of total land area, offering substantial space for fabrication, equipment and material storage, project staging, logistics, and expansion of manufacturing and industrial activities.

4. KEY PERSONNEL AND TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION

The company is led by Engr. Abelardo C. Papa, President and General Manager, who has extensive experience in LPG and petroleum-related products.

Engr. Papa was connected with Pilipinas Shell for 17 years, where he handled various line and operational responsibilities within Shell companies and affiliated organizations. His last assignment as Logistics Manager provided him with considerable exposure to and responsibility for distribution, logistics, engineering, and overall operational management.

The Operations Group has extensive experience in the construction and erection of storage tanks, installation of process and product piping, and repair and maintenance of petrochemical depots, facilities, and equipment.

Mechatrends also maintains dedicated Civil and Electrical Engineering divisions, supported by competent professionals in their respective fields.

A total of 87 full-time engineers support the company's project construction and execution group, with diverse expertise in mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering.
